1. ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS

Artytipss Studio (registered as ) operates at 1 Marne Rd, #01-11 The Citron, Singapore 208380. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by us, whether booked via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

2. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS

  • Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon our acknowledgement.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in cases of health and safety concerns.

  • Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability but bookings are recommended to avoid waiting.Information collected automatically:

3. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

  • We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

  • We will attempt to notify you if we need to reschedule your appointment due to circumstances on our end.

4. PAYMENTS AND PRICING

  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed at the salon.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • We accept cash, PayNow, and credit or debit card.

5. PROMOTIONS AND VOUCHERS

The following conditions apply to all promotional offers, discounts, and vouchers from Artytipss Studio:

  • Offers are valid for the stated period only. Expired offers will not be honoured.

  • Unless stated otherwise, all promotional offers are for new clients only and limited to one redemption per person.

  • Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or voucher.

  • Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Misuse, duplication, or fraudulent use of any offer will result in it being voided.

  • Specific conditions (e.g. valid on weekdays only, minimum spend applies) are stated on each individual offer and are binding.

  • The offer must be mentioned before payment is processed. We are unable to apply discounts retroactively.

REFERRAL PROGRAMME

  • Referral rewards are issued only when the referred person books and completes their first paid service.

  • The referred person must be a genuine new client who has not previously visited us.

  • Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the referral programme at any time.

  • Any suspected abuse of the referral programme will result in forfeiture of rewards.

BIRTHDAY OFFER

  • The birthday offer is valid only during the calendar month of the recipient's birthday, unless otherwise stated.

  • Valid for existing clients on record with a confirmed date of birth on file.

  • Limited to one redemption per person per year.

  • Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

  • We reserve the right to request proof of birthday before honouring the offer.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Vouchers may only be used for services at Artytipss Studio.

6. WEBSITE USE

  • The content on our website is for general information only and is subject to change without notice.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website.

  • Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content.

7. FORMS AND DATA CONSENT

When you submit a form on our website, you will be asked to confirm your consent to being contacted. By ticking the consent checkbox, you agree to being contacted via WhatsApp or email with information relevant to your enquiry or booking, and to receiving follow-up messages related to the offer or service you enquired about.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We take care to provide services safely and professionally. If you have a known allergy, skin condition, or sensitivity, please inform us before your appointment.

  • We are not liable for adverse reactions that result from undisclosed conditions or allergies.

  • Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of that service.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
